Magnolia Mead

Magnolia Mead (she/her) is an organizer and researcher exploring the intersection of social movements, democracy, and the climate crisis.  A recent graduate of American University, Magnolia helped spearhead the campaign for a campus Green New Deal and served as the head of the Sunrise Movement AU hub.  Magnolia is from Ithaca NY and currently lives in Washington DC, but she is most at home whenever she is climbing mountains somewhere in the world.
